Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Patna. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also be expected to collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and to keep up-to-date with Ligen Power’s latest products and industry trends. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Experience in customer service and relationship management Ability to conduct product demonstrations and understand technical details Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Relevant experience in the power solutions industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
