All their staff is very courteous and on time. Special mention to MR ARVIND who has been very very helpful all thru corona days and is always a call away to do any tests required.

The lab charges exorbitant rates, I took my mother for some tests as she is diabetic. On top of it, they claim that the results are available via online access - which even after 3 weeks of the test were not available online via the user id …

Lifeline Lab was literally a lifeline to get my COVID test on time for travel to Japan. The office was clean, everyone was professional and I highly recommend. One of the employees Sumit was especially helpful.

The place was extremely clean, the staff was hospitable. The lab testing service was very professional and results were quick. A special shout out to Jitesh who made the entire experience seamless.

The Most Unprofessional, Unethical Testing Laboratory even seen ! There is Zero Level of Professionalism. They were highly negligent of my reports. This incident was repeated Twice. The results keep changing as per their convenience. I would never suggest anyone to avail their services !
