Job Description: HR Executive Generalist Position Overview The HR Executive (Generalist) is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with HR policies, fosters a positive workplace culture and provides guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture. HR Operations:- Maintain employee records and HR databases. Manage onboarding and documentation of new hires. Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new employees. Exit Management:- Facilitate employee exit processes including clearance, documentation and final settlements. Conduct exit interviews and share insights with management. HR Administration:- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Issue appointment letters, ID cards, relieving letters and other HR documentation. Prepare and circulate annual holiday lists. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 24 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Familiarity with HR software tools and MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PPT).
