Roles and Responsibilities Create a team of sales personnel. Plan, induct, train, motivate, the sales force for optimum output. Plan, monitor and guide field activities and reporting system for maximising business and revenue on day to day basis. Also Assist the sales person in procuring business from HNI and high profile clients with salary justification of team on month on month basis. Ensure profitability of the Territory Office and operational efficiency at TO level. Maintain good liason and relationship with all channel partners for mutual benefit of expanding business. Arrange training for sales personnel in co-ordination with channel partners. Create and maintain necessary assets and infrastructure for optimum use. Ensure proper and efficient conduct by sales personnel. Adhere to time schedules for prompt and effective communication with corporate office, subordinates and channel partners. Review the activities and results of every sales person on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and take corrective action. Ensure prompt customer service and grievance redressal whenever necessary Promptly report to corporate office any instances of gross negligence, misconduct or fraud of any subordinate employee, for appropriate action. Maintain all data and records as required by the company, from time to time. Preferred candidate profile Relevant Experience into Home loan & Housing Finance with team handling skill. Post graduation in marketing preferred.
