Very poor service by owner, despite charging 1300 per month, the library fails to provide proper facilities for students, including drinking water and air conditioning. After complaining owner's behavior is so rude, DO NOT JOIN THIS LIBRARY YOU'LL GOING TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...PATHETIC!!
