Job Title: Company Secretary – Listed Company Location : Mumbai Experience : 1–2 years (Post-qualification) Qualification : Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our listed organization. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) and other regulatory requirements while supporting the Board and senior management in governance and reporting matters. Key Responsibilities: · Support in organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings – preparing agendas, notices, and minutes. · Ensure timely filings with ROC, SEBI, and Stock Exchanges (BSE/NSE). · Maintain statutory records and registers. · Handle disclosures, investor relations, and compliance under Insider Trading Regulations. · Assist in preparation of Annual Reports, Directors’ Reports, and Corporate Governance Reports. · Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal departments for compliance matters. Skills Required: Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations. Excellent drafting and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
