Horrible Service. The claim officer Sourav Mitra is literally a swine. Too much of attitude and no concern for the client. Unnecessary harrasment for a simple claim settlement! Even the GRO team doesn't respond to grievance emails. One should not waste their money in buying insurance policies for such third class companies.
