This role is outbound-heavy β youβll be targeting US-heavy, UAE-mid markets via LinkedIn, Apollo, and cold email β working directly with the founder to scale Lexoddβs client pipeline. π What Youβll Do β’ Research and build lead lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, and internal ICP criteria β’ Manage and execute cold outreach (LinkedIn DMs + cold emails) β’ Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and book high-quality meetings β’ Own the CRM (Notion or Sheets) with up-to-date lead statuses β’ Assist in crafting proposals and nurturing deals to closure β’ Maintain outreach KPIs and continuously optimize messaging sequences β’ Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing for alignment β
