Role: Software Engineer (Full-Time | Remote | 20 LPA) Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Apply object-oriented principles, system design concepts, and architectural best practices. - Use LLM tools to accelerate development workflows, improve QA processes, and streamline documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and with high quality. - Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and internal tooling improvements. - Contribute to LevMetrics’ AI-first engineering initiatives and automation pipelines. Required Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and OOP. - Hands-on experience in Backend Web Development and scalable software systems. - Proficiency in at least one backend language or framework (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, etc.). - Knowledge of LLMs, AI concepts, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering. - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with high accountability. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with development tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and databases. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building AI agents, automation workflows, or LLM-integrated features. - Familiarity with cloud AI services (GCP, AWS, Azure), microservices, or distributed systems. - Contributions to open-source projects, participation in hackathons, or strong personal AI projects. Compensation: 20,00,000 INR per annum (CTC) , with potential performance-based bonuses and accelerated growth opportunities.
