Key Responsibilities: Test front-end and back-end features of the LettrBlack platform for functionality, performance, and usability. Identify, document, and report bugs and issues to the development team. Perform manual and automated testing for different modules of the platform. Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality releases . Maintain test case documentation and assist in creating user testing reports. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (manual testing required, automation is a plus). Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for bug tracking (preferred, not mandatory). Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for better testing insights. We are looking for a highly proactive and organized Project & Operations Manager to oversee multiple teams (Android Development, Web Development, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, etc.) for our startup. This is an equity-based role where you will act as the central link between the founder and different teams, ensuring smooth communication, accountability, and consistent progress. You’ll be the one ensuring weekly alignment, timely updates, and fast execution across all teams. If you are passionate about startups, love working with people, and can handle multiple projects at once — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly meetings with each team (Android, Web, UI/UX, Graphics, etc.) to track updates, challenges, and next steps. Maintain consistent communication with team leads and ensure deadlines are being met. Reply promptly to founder’s messages and relay instructions/tasks to relevant teams. Ensure all teams stay aligned with the startup’s goals, priorities, and timelines. Actively manage and monitor team productivity and engagement. Be highly active on social media to stay updated with industry trends, tools, and practices. Provide weekly consolidated reports to the founder on team performance. Requirements: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication & coordination abilities. Prior experience in managing multiple tech/design teams is a plus. Highly organized, consistent, and able to work under pressure. Passion for startups, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to grow with the company.
