Join the movement and become part of a transformative journey in biotechnology and life sciences. Role Description This is a full-time, remote R Language Mentor role based in Chennai. As an R Language Mentor, you will guide and mentor students in learning R programming, assisting them in building data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling skills. Responsibilities include hosting workshops and training sessions, reviewing and providing feedback on student projects, creating and curating learning materials, and addressing student queries to foster understanding. You will play a vital role in equipping students with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in their educational and career aspirations. Qualifications Proficiency in R programming, including data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling Strong instructional and mentorship skills to guide students effectively Experience in creating educational content and conducting workshops Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of biotechnology or life sciences is preferred Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive learning environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences A proactive approach to encouraging, motivating, and supporting students
