The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, organizing and managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in the preparation and management of documents. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently and supporting various operational functions as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to manage schedules, tasks, and documents effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and support internal communications Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as management of documents, data entry, and report preparation Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assist in resolving issues and implementing solutions Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
