Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PTE Trainer located in Karnal. The PTE Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering PTE (Pearson Test of English) preparation classes with structured strategies to enhance student performance. Additional responsibilities include creating course materials, monitoring student progress, identifying areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback, and preparing students for assessments. The trainer will also collaborate with the counseling team to ensure program success and student satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of PTE exam formats, strategies, and scoring systems, along with the ability to train students effectively. Skilled in curriculum development, lesson planning, and content creation relevant to English language proficiency tests. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required to engage and motivate students. Ability to assess student performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback. Proficiency in time management and maintaining an organized structure for classes and evaluations. TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification in English teaching is preferred. Prior experience as a PTE, IELTS, or similar language proficiency trainer is advantageous.
