As a mutual fund distributor, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our firm, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Job Responsibilities: Client Service: - Help us distribute mutual funds, provide exceptional client service by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. - Act as a trusted mutual fund distributor to clients, understanding their investment objectives and providing suitable recommendations. - Develop personalized investment strategies for clients. - Manage client reporting and communication, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information. Qualifications and Skills: - NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination qualified - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in operations management within the financial services industry(preferred though not necessary).
