Role Overview We are seeking a Sales & Client Relationship Executive to manage the complete client journey—from first conversation to successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them with empathy, understanding their needs, and helping them take confident steps toward their fertility goals. Key Responsibilities Sales & Conversion Conduct discovery calls with inbound and outbound leads Listen actively to understand client needs, challenges, and goals Present our 90-Day Fertility Detox Protocol and other programs with clarity, confidence, and empathy Overcome objections using consultative selling techniques Close sales while ensuring clients feel supported, not pressured Client Handling Maintain ongoing communication with clients through WhatsApp, calls, and email Coordinate program onboarding and ensure smooth transition from sales to service team Track client progress, provide motivation, and escalate concerns to the program team when necessary Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates CRM & Process Management Update and manage all lead and client data in CRM (Synamate/Zoho) Follow up consistently and in a timely manner using automation tools and manual outreach Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and client engagement metrics Requirements Must-Have Skills Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written) Empathy and active listening skills, especially when discussing sensitive topics Proven track record in sales, client handling, or customer service (health & wellness industry preferred) Ability to work independently and take ownership of results Basic knowledge of CRM systems and WhatsApp-based communication Nice-to-Have Skills Background in healthcare, wellness, or fertility services Experience with high-ticket sales or consultative selling Familiarity with ManyChat, Pabbly, or similar automation tools Perks & Growth Opportunities Competitive base salary starting at ₹1,50,000/year Uncapped performance-based incentives — sky’s the limit!
