Job Responsibilities Receive and verify orders from the sales team & online platforms (B2B / B2C / Marketplace orders) Create invoices & handle billing in software / Excel / Tally / ERP Packing of products systematically as per standard guidelines Coordinate with courier / logistics partners for timely pickup & dispatch Track shipments and update delivery status Maintain daily dispatch reports and stock inventory records Handle returns / RTO and basic customer coordination if required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
