Very polite and understanding staff... although I was not able to get the desired frame I wanted yet the person attending us was great..the staff is very patient as we took around half an hour to decide.

My experience was worst...there was a power cut in the store...only 10 to 12 pieces of clipon was available...overall not happy...not much interaction with staff available...so no comments for them..
