Such friendly, helpful and considerate staff. I went there to service my spectacle and it went very smoothly. Being crowded with customers I was provided with prompt service. My spectacle was handled nicely and serviced like it's new.

Very poor service. Not even provide seat for any senior citizen and on weekend there's so much rush but lenskart have to think about public service which is mandatory. Because most of the waiting period public can't stand for long period.

Really bad service,i went for changing lens and i have given them instructions before hand that please tightnen the screws of frame but still the issue is there and rhey are telling to gi to local store for getting it done Disappointing
