The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in editing photos and videos, maintaining visual quality, and delivering content as per client and brand requirements. Responsibilities Edit and enhance photos for weddings, events, portraits, and commercial shoots. Edit videos including highlights, reels, short films, and promotional content. Perform colour correction, skin retouching, cropping, and final output processing. Maintain consistency in editing style and studio branding. Manage and organise digital files efficiently. Coordinate with photographers and team members to meet deadlines. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro. Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus. Understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and creative mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience in wedding or studio photography editing. Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
