Key responsibilities

The team

You’ll join an APAC Loans and Lombard Lending Operations and Services team focused on accurate processing, coordination, and control across the loan credit lifecycle. Our mission is to execute lending-related transactions and lifecycle events correctly, with clear ownership of breaks and exceptions through timely resolution and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with credit risk, legal and compliance, front office and client advisors, finance, product controllers, and other operations teams, and you’ll coordinate with technology on change management, testing, and implementation of enhancements.

Your skills and experience

• 10+ years of loan lifecycle experience across loans and credit products in lending operations/services, or equivalent experience
• strong knowledge of Lombard lending, including mortgage and insurance collateral client setups across the lifecycle
• proficiency in Loan IQ and/or T24 to process and support loan lifecycle events and associated controls
• ability to review documentation and operational data, investigate breaks, and drive exceptions to timely closure
• proven capability to serve as an escalation point for front-office and business stakeholders and resolve cross-functional issues
• strong stakeholder communication, with the ability to explain exceptions clearly, accurately, and concisely
• ideally hands-on background in Excel (including VBA), RPA, or Alteryx to improve workflow execution and data quality
• ideally curiosity and practical judgment in applying AI to optimize workflows while validating outputs against policies, risk standards, and ethical practices
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
