The Role We’re looking for a Product & Business Operations Lead to work closely with the founder and help bring structure, rhythm, and follow-through to the day-to-day running of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen — coordinating across people, tracking details, following up, and ensuring priorities move forward smoothly. You’ll be involved across operations, coordination, and execution, and will play a key role in keeping the business organised and on track. This is a hands-on role , not a purely advisory one. What You'll Do Translate decisions and priorities into clear next steps Track tasks, timelines, and ownership across teams and partners Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and collaborators Follow up consistently to ensure closure and accountability Maintain simple trackers, documentation, and status updates Support day-to-day business operations and special initiatives Act as a dependable coordination point across functions This Role Will Suit You If You...
