We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support the organization's legal, compliance, and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing various legal agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and external legal counsel.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including:
  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Vendor Agreements
  • Partnership Agreements
  • Software Licensing Agreements
  • Customer Contracts
• Provide legal support to business, sales, procurement, HR, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate legal risks across business transactions.
• Maintain and manage contract repositories, legal documentation, and records.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on legal implications.
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and policy implementation initiatives.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors for litigation, notices, and legal disputes.
• Assist in intellectual property protection, trademark, copyright, and related matters.
• Review employment-related documents and provide legal support on HR matters.
• Prepare legal notices, responses, and correspondence as required.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal recommendations to management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate legal, contract management, or commercial legal functions.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with IT services, technology, SaaS, cloud, or software companies will be preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of IT, cloud services, software licensing, and technology contracts.
• Familiarity with data privacy and information security regulations.
• Experience handling international contracts and cross-border agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
