Today I was called to have a visit at prelaunch of their punawale project and to my surprise I was asked for a cheque to see sample flat. I mean this is ridiculous. No builder charges to see a sample flat. The lady asked me 1 cr cheque and I thought it's a joke or what. What a waste of time and fuel. Highly unprofessional
