We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our company’s inventory management processes. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for monitoring and controlling stock levels, developing inventory tracking systems, and ensuring optimal inventory accuracy to support business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining efficient supply chain and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee inventory control procedures and policies. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet production, sales, and customer service demands. Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations of physical stock with system records. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory flow. Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Implement inventory management systems/software and generate timely reports for management. Lead and supervise warehouse/inventory staff, providing training and performance feedback. Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and manage stock discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
