Job Description

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions.
  • Develop curriculum, course materials, and lesson plans.
  • Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
  • Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
  • Conduct research in the relevant subject area.
  • Publish research papers, articles, and academic books.
  • Apply for research grants and manage funded research projects.
  • Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  • Advise students on academic progress and career development.
  • Guide students in internships, dissertations, and research projects.
  • Provide counselling and support when needed.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
  • Assist in planning academic schedules, events, and examinations.
  • Contribute to policy development and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and teaching methods.
  • Attend faculty development programs and training workshops.
  • Collaborate with other educators and institutions.
  • Represent the institution at academic events and outreach programs.
  • Support institutional goals, activities, and accreditation work.
  • Promote a positive learning environment and uphold academic integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
