Role Overview As a Field Sales Executive , you will be responsible for: Hunting and Acquiring new clients for Lebedas marketing services Meeting prospects in person and closing deals Owning the complete sales cycle from lead generation to revenue independently This role demands strong agency sales experience and a results-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Generate new business for Lebedas marketing services Identify, pitch, and close potential clients across industries Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets Deliver revenue from the first month of joining Who Were Looking For 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a marketing / digital / creative agency Strong track record of revenue generation & new business acquisition Excellent negotiation, pitching, and closing skills Comfortable with a high-commission, performance-driven role
