Role Description Someone who enjoys building real products, not writing theory code Someone who can take a feature → break it down → implement end-to-end A builder mindset with curiosity and self-initiative Strong problem-solving + clean engineering practices Required Skills Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript Proficient with React.js, Tailwind CSS Proficient with Node.js, Express.js Experience with PostgreSQL Strong understanding of OOP, backend design patterns and Auth Architecture. Experience designing stable APIs Ability to think in terms of architecture, not just code snippets i.e not just Vibe coding Good debugging & optimization skills Version control mastery (Git/GitHub) Bonus Skills Experience building LMS/learning platforms Experience with admin dashboards Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Experience with secured assessment/proctored systems Understanding of microservices or scalable backend patterns Familiarity with job/queue systems, caching, or sockets Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work from home Work Location: In person
