Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information. Explain company products, courses, and offers clearly. Follow up with interested leads regularly. Maintain proper call records and customer data. Convert leads into admissions/sales. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Maintain a polite and professional communication tone. --- ✅ Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English. Confident speaking ability. Basic computer knowledge. Customer handling skills. Target-oriented mindset.
