You are invited to join Learning Ladder Therapy Centre, a renowned therapy centre based in New Delhi, providing a diverse range of services for individuals with special needs. As a Senior Special Educator & Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our team located in Greater Kailash. This is a full-time position with operational hours from Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM. In this role, you will lead and coordinate special education programs, provide parent counseling and support, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and conduct training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Possess B.Ed (SE) or M.Ed (SE) in Special Education - Demonstrate experience in leadership and coordination - Conduct parent counseling sessions - Plan and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - Facilitate training sessions for staff and parents Qualifications Required: - B.Ed (SE) or M.Ed (SE) in Special Education - Previous experience in a leadership role - Strong coordination skills - Ability to conduct parent counseling and IEP planning - Training experience is preferred If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs and possess the required qualifications and experience, we offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
