Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard District Channel Partners (DCPs) and State Channel Partners (SCPs) across India Especially in Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana. Manage end-to-end partner recruitment pipeline from lead generation to closing. Conduct presentations, meetings, and webinars to explain the LeaperX & IBEC business model to potential partners. Sales & Promotion: Actively promote LeaperX app subscriptions and IBEC community memberships through targeted campaigns. Assist partners in building local business networks and growing community engagement. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns (ads, events, business meets) to drive leads. Collaborate with the creative team for marketing collateral development. Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with onboarded SCPs and DCPs to ensure smooth operations and resolve any concerns. Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to achieve sales & growth targets. Reporting: Provide regular reports on partner onboarding, app sales, and campaign performance. Key Skills & Qualifications: Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, franchising, or channel partner development. Strong understanding of B2B marketing and partnership models. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
