As a candidate for the position of supporting In-Service Operations/Maintenance activities of Gas Turbine Aero engines, your primary role will involve providing solutions to salvage engine components during in-service operation and engine overhaul. You will be working in a significantly challenging work environment. Your typical activities will include technical publication creation and revision, investigation of failures/non-conformance, and technical report writing/data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Create and revise technical publications such as Aircraft Maintenance Manual [AMM], Engine Shop Manual [ESM], Service Bulletin [SB], and other manuals content. - Investigate failures/non-conformance and provide salvage solutions/repair options. - Write technical reports, perform data analysis, and computation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Diploma in mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering with a strong academic track record. - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Aviation Engines/Turbomachinery/Aircraft product and Customer support Engineering, Design, or Repair activities. - Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization both internally and externally. The company values a proactive and energetic individual with in-depth knowledge of gas turbine aero engines, engine components, and their functions during operation. You should have an understanding of various damages, different salvage methods, part drawing reading, GD&T concepts, manufacturing/inspection/repair processes, and engine/LRU assembly/disassembly. Additionally, knowledge in Stress/Design/Material/Lifing analysis, technical writing skills in English, and familiarity with delivery excellence and quality control systems are essential for this role.,
