Leap 300 is building the first-ever high-tech, low-touch model to help the poorest families (<$2/day income) defeat poverty within 300 days. Leap 300 has pioneered a high-tech, low-touch model to alleviate extreme poverty (<$2/Day), with outstanding pilot results. We are now implementing this model in partnership with the Punjab government, and we're looking for a strong leader to oversee this mission-critical project from end to end. Mission for the Role: Execute the best-in-the-world government-led rural entrepreneurship program to alleviate poverty in Punjab. The Role: The Program Manager will be the single-point owner, representing Leap300 in Punjab, overseeing execution of the Leap 300 program through on-ground partner teams and ensuring high-quality delivery. You'll work at the intersection of government systems, technology-enabled interventions, and last-mile impact. While the program will be executed by government teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring that everything runs like clockwork: from field-level execution to leadership-level alignment.
