Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on LeanData Operations Specialist to support and optimize LeanData use cases, including BookIt (meeting scheduler). The role will partner closely with LeanData SMEs to build, maintain, and monitor routing automations that directly impact lead conversion and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support expansion of LeanData use cases, with a strong focus on BookIt (meeting scheduler) automation
- Assist LeanData SME in building and optimizing meeting scheduling and calendar routing configurations
- Maintain accurate AE–BDR alignments in LeanData and the DC Global Alignments Master Sheet
- Proactively identify and resolve ownership gaps due to user exits or role changes
- Perform bi-weekly Audit Log reviews to track routing and configuration changes
- Monitor and troubleshoot routing errors impacting lead-to-meeting conversion
- Validate routing logic across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with LeanData administration
- Solid experience with Salesforce (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity objects)
- Understanding of lead lifecycle, sales processes, and GTM workflows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
- Experience supporting high-volume lead routing environments
- Basic Salesforce reporting or SOQL knowledge
