We’re building a personal branding + lead generation + sales system for Canadian mortgage & financial services. We’re looking for someone who can think, experiment, and execute, not just post content. Experience is a plus, ability to figure things out is mandatory. What You’ll Do:- • Crea te & execute Instagram & Facebook growth strategy • Write scripts in English & Hindi • Edit reels (CapCut or similar) • Understand trends, hooks, reach & analytics • Run / assist with Meta ads & audience targeting • Generate leads & support sales funnels • Use AI tools for content, research & automation • Manage accounts & CRM basics All tools, AI, VOIP & systems will be provided. You’re a Good Fit If:- • You recently completed marketing / digital marketing studies • OR you’re self-taught with proof of work • You want a long-term permanent role • You can work independently and solve problems • You care about results, not just views Must Have (Proof Required) At least ONE of the following:- • Page s you’ve managed • Growth screenshots • Ads you’ve run • Content samples • Clear strategy explanation No fake claims. No theory-only candidates. Compensation:- • ₹7 ,000 – ₹12,000 INR/month (fixed) for first 3 months • Incentives + commission on qualified leads & sales • Salary revision once systems start generating results This is a performance-driven role, not hourly work.
