AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! We agreed to cancel all service January 2024 and they claim that we still have an account that doesn't expire until October 2024. I gave them over a 3 months notice to cancel all accounts. Please do not give this company any banking information or credit card numbers.

After nearly a 40% increase in price I decided to look somewhere else. Price was cheaper than their old price with an identical website. I then tried to get my domain transferred to a new company and they want nearly the full payment of what was left in our contract to CANCEL service. What a joke. Get out and get out now.
