I wish I had researched dealer spike and lead venture better before signing a commitment. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, period. Their sales department was great, sadly they have no customer service to back it up.

This has become the worst company to deal with! They have been charging us for two locations and we have advised for 4 years that we only have one location. Our rep left the company and I had to repeatedly call and email for over 3 months to get any call back!!! They continue to charge us even though we have advised over and over!

The billing arm of net driven. Net driven canceled my service after dropping the ball and almost costing me my domain name. They said you would not be charged due to this issue. Leadventure has charged me twice sense. I warned Napa who put …
