Had Been for an interview,they conduct written test for experience candidates.They shortlist 1000 candidates at a stretch and for the sake of conducting interview they do this.Even after having good skills and writing a test,they send us back.Its waste and please dont waste your valuable time and energy in attending interview.

LeadSquared has a good work culture and has good work-to-life balance. The founders are very knowledge-able and easy to approach. The management ladder is pretty cool and haven't noticed micro management or double standards till date.
