Role & responsibilities Wireless Operations Management: Lead and oversee the daily operations of 4G/5G wireless networks, ensuring seamless service delivery for B2B customers. Manage the planning, deployment, and optimization of wireless infrastructure to meet performance and reliability goals. 4G/5G Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of 4G/5G technologies to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain network operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in wireless technology and incorporate new solutions into operational practices. Digital Mindset: Leverage digital tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and automation within wireless operations. Identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement best practices to drive innovation in network operations. B2B Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of wireless network services to B2B clients. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of wireless operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and professional development. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 years of experience in wireless operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the telecom or B2B domain. Proven track record of managing 4G/5G wireless networks and leading technical teams. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
