Role Purpose

Premier Energies is seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Graphic Designer with strong expertise in static visual design, video creation, motion graphics, and 3D layouts. The role is handson and executionfocused, responsible for delivering highquality visual assets across digital, print, video, and 3D platforms while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Static Visual Design

Create high-impact visual assets across multiple communication channels, including:

• Social media campaigns and content
• Corporate websites and digital marketing assets
• Brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements
• Corporate presentations and investor communication materials
• Infographics, reports, and technical communication collateral
• Product launch and marketing materials

Video & Motion Graphics

Design and produce:

• Corporate videos
• Promotional and brand films
• Product explainer videos
• Motion graphics and shortform video content
• Develop storyboards, visual directions, animations, and final video outputs.
• Optimize video formats for different digital platforms.

3D Design & Layouts

Design 3D visuals, layouts, and renders for:

• Product visualization
• Conceptual demos
• Exhibition booths and display layouts
• Industrial or architectural representations
• Ensure visual accuracy, proportion, and aesthetic quality in 3D assets.

AI-Powered Creative Development

Leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance creative development and content production.

• Utilizing AI-powered creative tools for concept generation, image creation, video enhancement, and rapid prototyping
• Integrating AI-assisted workflows into design and content production processes
• Exploring innovative applications of AI for visual storytelling and campaign development
• Maintaining quality control and brand consistency across AI-generated content
• Ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI-generated creative assets

Brand Communication & Campaign Creative

• Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, and creative toolkits for integrated marketing initiatives

• Support corporate branding, employer branding, sustainability communication, and product marketing programs

• Translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives

• Collaborate with marketing, corporate communications, product, and business teams to deliver effective brand communication

• Ensure consistency of visual identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints

Brand Governance & Design Excellence

• Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines across all assets
• Maintain consistency, creativity, and visual excellence in all communications
• Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while preserving creative intent
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, motion graphics, AI tools, and visual communication

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 610+ years of professional experience in visual/graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrates static design, video/motion graphics, and 3D work.
• Prior experience with a leading creative, advertising, branding, or digital agency is strongly preferred
• Experience working on integrated brand campaigns, corporate communications, product marketing, and digital content creation.
• Exposure to B2B, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors will be an added advantage

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Graphic Design:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Video & Motion:

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

• 3D Tools (any one or more):

Blender, Cinema 4D, 3Ds Max, SketchUp

• Other: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
• AI Creative Tools

Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Microsoft Designer, ChatGPT for creative ideation and production support

Base Location: Hyderabad Corporate Office

Reporting Structure

The Lead Visual Graphic designer will report to the Head – Marketing and work in close collaboration with Brand teams.
