We are currently seeking a UX Designer who will be responsible for designing software and platforms tailored to meet user needs. As a UX Designer at Embibe, you will craft interfaces and workflows to enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical designer capable of understanding user requirements and offering innovative solutions. A robust portfolio showcasing successful UX and technical projects is a prerequisite. Your role will involve making our product more user-friendly and intuitive to engage and retain customers effectively. The UX Designer role at Embibe requires the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute all UX Design activities. - Proficiency in translating user insights into concepts, user flows, and screens. - Exceptional design skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Understanding of Interaction Design and User Experience Design, with the capability to engage in Visual Design tasks. - Proficiency in creating quick, high-fidelity prototypes. - Experience in usability engineering is advantageous. - A team player committed to delivering exceptional work. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in design or UX Certification (HFI) is a plus. - Impressive portfolio with relevant case studies is mandatory.
