The Wedding Company is looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Qualification Consultant to join.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Qualification Consultant to join our

growing team at The Wedding Company.

This role will be responsible for connecting with incoming leads, understanding their

wedding requirements, qualifying them based on defined criteria, and ensuring that

high-quality leads are successfully handed over to the scheduling/sales team.

This is a high-volume calling and target-oriented role where success is measured by the

quality of conversations, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled and completed.

The role requires strong communication skills, good customer understanding, consistent

follow-ups, and the ability to manage a high volume of leads in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound calls and connect with prospective clients.

● Make 400–500 calls/day and manage assigned leads effectively.

● Understand client requirements and collect key wedding details.

● Build a good initial relationship with clients through conversational selling.

● Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Wedding Experts/RMs.

● Handle basic pitching and objection handling.

● Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp, including sharing

proposals/templates.

● Reduce no-shows through timely confirmations and reminders.

● Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-ups in the CRM.

● Track daily calling, qualified leads, meetings scheduled and completed.

● Share lead-quality and customer insights with the Sales team.

What We Are Looking For

● 2-5 years of experience in Lead Qualification, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer

Support, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.

● Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

● Good listening and questioning skills.

● 6 Working days (rotational 1day week off).

● Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and intent.

● Target-oriented and comfortable with calling-based roles.

● Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

● Ability to handle high-volume leads and work under pressure.

● Good attention to detail and CRM discipline.

● Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

● Prior experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, lead qualification, or customer

coordination is preferred.

● Experience in handling inbound/outbound leads is preferred.

● Graduation is preferred.
