Lead Product Designer AI & Emerging Tools

The Lead Product Designer position based in Bangalore is a 6-month (extendable) hybrid role that requires leveraging AI and emerging tools to advance design capabilities. The focus of this role is on exploring and experimenting with new technologies to develop smarter, faster, and more adaptive experiences for users. As a Lead Product Designer, your responsibilities will include exploring AI-driven opportunities in workflows and interactions, prototyping features using emerging tools, collaborating with engineers to implement innovative concepts, establishing best practices for integrating AI into user-facing products, and mentoring peers in utilizing advanced design and prototyping tools. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 5-7 years of product design experience with a keen interest in new technologies. You should have a proven track record of experimenting and delivering forward-looking design concepts, strong prototyping and rapid exploration skills, and familiarity with AI, automation, or generative design tools. A portfolio showcasing bold and innovative design thinking is also required.
