Role Overview: You will be joining Swiggy as a Lead Motion Graphic Designer, responsible for crafting and executing short-form digital ads from script to completion. Your role will involve combining technical mastery in motion design, a strong storytelling and comedic sensibility, and hands-on experience with AI video generation tools. Your main goal will be to turn concepts into visually engaging, high-impact content that captures consumer attention. Key Responsibilities: - Translate video scripts into high-quality, engaging videos. - Apply advanced skills such as rotoscoping, masking, tracking, and text animation to create visually polished compositions. - Ideate and produce videos using AI tools such as Kling, Veo3, and Higgsfield. - Take complete accountability for each project, from brief to delivery, ensuring timely, process-oriented execution. - Create content that is witty, culturally aware, and well-timed, with a deep understanding of comedic rhythm, nuance, and timing. - Handle basic sound design and audio editing to enhance narrative impact. - Maintain high creative and technical standards, with meticulous attention to every frame, transition, and sound cue. - Stay curious and adaptable, quickly learning new tools, techniques, and trends in motion design and AI content creation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing. - Proven track record of producing high-quality, story-driven ads. - Strong command of After Effects (must-have), Premiere Pro, and other post-production tools. - Experience with AI video generation platforms (e.g., Kling, Veo3, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield). - Demonstrated understanding of humour, pop culture, and internet trends. - Strong sense of ownership, process orientation, and ability to work within timelines. - A portfolio showcasing your best work is mandatory for consideration.,
