We are looking for a hands-on Lead Media Buyer / D2C Growth Specialist who can drive profitable customer acquisition through Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance-driven creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Management

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, conversions, and profitability.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
• Identify winning creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Manage advertising budgets and troubleshoot performance issues.

2. YouTube & Google Ads

• Plan and optimize YouTube and Google video advertising campaigns.
• Test educational videos, customer testimonials, expert-led content, and direct-response advertisements.
• Analyze video engagement, audience behaviour, and conversion performance.
• Expand customer acquisition beyond Meta Ads.

3. Performance Creative Strategy

• Research customer pain points, buying behaviour, competitor ads, and market trends.
• Develop advertising hooks, scripts, creative concepts, and briefs.
• Plan UGC videos, product demonstrations, testimonials, and expert-led content.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Analyze creative performance and continuously test new advertising angles.

4. D2C Growth & Profitability

• Monitor customer acquisition costs and overall advertising profitability.
• Track leads, orders, delivered sales, cancellations, and COD-related losses.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Optimize landing pages, offers, product bundles, and conversion funnels.
• Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, CRM, and reporting dashboards to evaluate performance.

5. Growth Experiments & Reporting

• Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and competitor research.
• Develop structured testing plans for creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Use AI tools to improve creative research, scripting, and campaign planning.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to improve acquisition efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, and scaling.
• Practical experience with YouTube Ads or Google video advertising.
• Experience working with D2C, Ayurveda, nutrition, nutraceutical, supplement, or wellness brands.
• Strong understanding of performance creatives, direct-response advertising,
