Experience 5-8 yrs in any renewable energy/ Solar/Wind/Chemical Battery/Energy Integration Company/Automobile

Qualification B. Tech./B.E./ Masters (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation) from recognized college and having a CGPA of not less than 7.5, 80% in Class X and 75% in Class XII exams respectively.

Role Summary

As the Solution Design Lead, he/ she will spearhead the engineering and conceptualization of cutting-edge, reliable alternative energy systems and solutions. He/ she will lead a high-performing field engineering team

tasked with understanding/ identifying customer requirements, bridging the gap between field reality and technological innovation post which this understanding will be translated into robust technical specifications

and schematics leading to product development. He will also be responsible for product testing and recommend improvements to the product throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a specialized team of field engineers responsible for site surveys and technical assessments;
• Carry out visits/ oversee them, gather information from end users, understand the problem statement and develop alternate energy based power solutions for them. These can be based upon single/

multiple energies such as solar, chemical (batteries), fuel cells, wind etc;

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, wherever required, for stakeholder which will involve government as well as defence;
• Develop comprehensive engineering schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed technical specifications for custom solutions;
• Conceptualize hardware and software convergence, ensuring system firmware, IoT monitoring tools, and energy management software integrated seamlessly with physical electrical components;
• Develop testing protocols as per required technical specifications and perform testing of Solutions/ devices as per said requirement.

Key Competencies

• Basic Knowledge in different types of battery chemistry, Power electronics, Renewable energy sources.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical CAD, Mechanical CAD or any equivalent designing tool (AutoCad, Solid Works etc)
• Experienced in designing and implementing of Solar off-grid solutions/ systems, use of batteries and BMS in energy/ power systems.
• Exposer to development of firmware and coding language (preferable).
