Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Management Executive who will be responsible for handling and processing leads received through IndiaMART, Meta, Instagram and other digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for timely lead follow-up, maintaining lead records, coordinating with the sales team and ensuring effective conversion of enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor incoming leads from IndiaMART, Meta, Instagram and other online platforms.
• Contact leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirement, location, budget and purchase intent.
• Forward qualified leads to the concerned sales team for further processing.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication records.
• Update lead status, follow-up details and customer information in CRM/Excel/lead management system.
• Ensure that no genuine enquiry remains unattended or pending.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, samples, product details and customer requirements.
• Track lead conversion and prepare basic daily/weekly lead reports.
• Maintain proper records of received, contacted, followed-up and converted leads.
• Identify potential customers and support the sales team in generating business from digital enquiries.
• Perform other sales coordination and lead management activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead management, telecalling, sales coordination, inside sales or customer handling.
• Experience in handling leads from IndiaMART, Meta/Facebook and Instagram will be preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain and update lead records accurately.
• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Should be proactive, organized and target-oriented.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the sales team.

• Number of leads received and processed.
• Lead response time.
• Number of leads contacted.
• Follow-up completion rate.
• Qualified leads generated.
• Lead-to-enquiry/conversion ratio.
• Accuracy and timely updating of lead records.
• Customer response and follow-up quality.
