Role Description Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Range: 5+ years Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Trivandrum, Kochi & Hyderabad Job Summary UST is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to design and implement world-class CRM solutions tailored to evolving business needs. The role involves working on custom Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, Aura, and React , with a strong focus on scalable and maintainable development practices. This is a highly collaborative role requiring interaction with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather and understand requirements Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions Create and manage project timelines, coding standards, and development goals Ensure application stability through testing, debugging, and issue resolution Write and maintain technical documentation and provide user support/training Maintain application security, integrity, and compliance standards Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Participate in agile ceremonies and work in a Scrum-based delivery environment Must Have Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development (Salesforce Flows) Proficiency in APEX, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience using GIT for version control and managing Salesforce deployments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology Experience conducting code reviews and peer programming Ability to manage projects and interact effectively with clients Good To Have Skills Experience with ReactJS or willingness to learn for front-end development Background in Retail domain Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Skills Salesforce,Salesforce Lightning,Salesforce Apex Show more Show less
