Lead Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer who combines strong creative thinking with leadership skills and can guide our design team in delivering thoughtful, high-quality visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the design team while maintaining high creative standards across projects.
• Design Direction: Translate brand strategies and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, layouts, and design systems.
• Team Management: Allocate design tasks, manage priorities, review deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
• Brand Identity: Develop and maintain brand identities, visual guidelines, campaign concepts, and consistent brand communication.
• Digital & Social Media Design: Oversee creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other marketing collaterals.
• Client Collaboration: Understand client requirements, participate in creative discussions, and translate feedback into effective design solutions.
• Quality Control: Review and refine design outputs to ensure consistency, attention to detail, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Creative Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, typography, layouts, tools, and emerging visual styles to keep our work fresh and relevant.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive creative campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in graphic design, with the ability to lead a team or manage creative projects independently.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, campaign design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of creative outcomes.
