This is NOT a Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Social Media Marketing role.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced B2C USA Student Acquisition & Campus Outreach Specialist to generate qualified student leads from USA colleges, USA universities, student associations, and professional communities for our live instructor-led technology bootcamps or Trainings.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Establish relationships with US universities, community colleges, career centers, and student organizations.

- Generate qualified leads for our Cybersecurity, Generative AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, and other technology bootcamps and trainings.

- Develop campus ambassador and student referral programs.

- Coordinate webinars, virtual workshops, and bootcamp registration campaigns.

- Drive student registrations and Day-1 attendance.

- Maintain accurate lead records and outreach activities in Zoho CRM.

- Collaborate with our pre-sales and enrollment teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

**Requirements**

- 1-8 years of experience in B2C lead generation, student acquisition, campus outreach, or EdTech business development.

- Demonstrated experience generating student leads in the US market.

- Strong relationships with student organizations, universities, or professional communities preferred.

- Excellent communication, networking, and partnership-building skills.

- Ability to work in US time zones.

**Performance Expectations**

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, measurable, and sustainable student acquisition channels across the United States.
