Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong foundation in B2B environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying leads to support our sales team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, familiarity with industry-standard tools, and the ability to work independently. Industry Experience: Must have experience generating leads for Publishing, Influencers, Social media, Digital content companies. for Domestic and International Markets Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and digital platforms. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our sales pipeline. Use of Lead Generation Tools: Utilize tools such as Lusha and Apollo to find and verify lead information. CRM Management: Manage and track leads using HubSpot CRM, ensuring all interactions and progress are accurately documented. Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the industries we cater to, enabling effective communication and lead generation strategies. Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads via cold calls, introducing our products/services and qualifying them for further engagement. Communication: Maintain excellent communication with potential leads, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, success rates, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Education: B.Tech degree from a recognized institution. Experience: Approximately 2 - 6 years of experience in lead generation within a B2B environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in lead generation tools such as Lusha and Apollo. Experienced in using HubSpot as a CRM for tracking and managing leads. Decent knowledge of G Suite tools (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) for documentation and reporting. Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the industries we serve, allowing for targeted and effective lead generation. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential leads. Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and lead qualification. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, with a proactive attitude and a drive to meet and exceed lead generation targets
